Born and raised in San Carlos and most recently moved to Folsom where she has expanded her business to meet even more amazing clients. Jenn had a goal to create a salon experience to create a clean, modern, salon where she could bring her clientele. She has always been in love with creating effortlessly "lived-in" hair, especially on blondes. Jenn is constantly evolving her education in the hair industry - from extension classes to live-in color classes - she makes sure to keep up to date to with all the current trends. Life is busy, so her goal is to create looks that grow out in a soft and natural way, making it possible to go longer between appointments. Jenn has been behind the chair for 17 amazing years. Her friendly but blunt spirit will make you laugh and feel comfortable. New with Jenn and want to get your hair colored, explore extensions and more? CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation, Rescheduling, Late & Return Policies In order to reserve your time, a non-refundable retainer will be obtained upon booking. Once this retainer is collected, and you cancel your reservation, you will forfeit this retainer as a cancellation fee. For reservations with a non-refundable retainer: In the event that you need to reschedule, a one-time charge of $250 (per rescheduling) will be charged to your card on file. This will ensure that your non-refundable retainer will carry over to your rescheduled reservation. For reoccurring reservations without a non-refundable retainer: We will require you to have a card on file at the time of booking. In the event that you need to cancel, fail to appear, late, or reschedule your reservation, a 50% of service reserved will be charged to your card on file as a cancellation/no-show/reschedule/late fee. In order to cancel a reoccurring reservation without being charged a fee, you must cancel 14 days prior to your reservation. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your reservation, your reservation will be rescheduled and the cancellation/no-show/reschedule/late fee will be charged to your card on file. COVID-19 cancellations are subject to cancellation fees. Steel Magnolia Salon does not offer any refunds on work performed or products used during your reservation. Returns of any styling products purchased in-store must be made within 10 days of purchase. Thank you for respecting your stylist’s time!
